01 — Design
Great landscapes start on paper. We spend time understanding your property's soil conditions, drainage patterns, sun exposure, and existing vegetation before a single line is drawn. Every design accounts for how the space will be used daily, how it will look in January as much as July, and how it will mature over the next ten to twenty years.
Our design process produces detailed site plans, planting schedules, grading diagrams, and 3D renderings so you can see exactly what you're getting before ground is broken.

02 — Hardscape
A well-laid paving stone surface does more than look good. It manages water runoff, withstands freeze-thaw cycles, and holds up under years of foot and vehicle traffic without cracking. We work with both interlocking concrete pavers and natural cut stone, selecting the right material for each application based on load requirements, aesthetic goals, and budget.
Every installation begins with proper excavation and a compacted aggregate base, because what you don't see beneath the surface is what determines how the surface performs a decade from now.

03 — Stonework
Nothing matches the weight and permanence of real stone. We source granite, limestone, sandstone, and fieldstone from regional quarries, selecting each piece for colour consistency, structural integrity, and the way it fits into the broader composition. Our masons build retaining walls that manage grade changes while creating visual depth, steps that feel grounded and intentional, and feature stones that serve as focal points within the landscape.
Whether dry-stacked or mortared, every wall is engineered with proper drainage and footings to prevent shifting, leaning, and frost heave over time.

04 — Softscape
The planting is where a landscape truly comes alive. We design planting plans that layer trees, shrubs, perennials, and groundcovers to create depth, seasonal colour shifts, and habitat for pollinators. Every species is chosen for its hardiness zone suitability, mature size, root behaviour near structures, and the way it interacts with neighbouring plants as the garden fills in over successive seasons.
Water features add a sensory dimension that no planting alone can achieve. The sound of moving water masks urban noise, creates a sense of enclosure, and draws the eye as a natural focal point within the garden.

05 — Sustainable
Green roofs turn unused rooftop space into working ecosystems. They reduce stormwater runoff by absorbing rainfall, lower cooling costs by insulating the building envelope, extend membrane lifespan by shielding it from UV and thermal cycling, and create habitat in otherwise barren urban environments. We design and install both extensive systems with low-profile sedum and grass mixes and intensive systems that support shrubs, perennials, and even small trees.
Every project begins with a structural load assessment and waterproofing review to ensure the building can safely support the added weight and moisture of a living roof system.
